Steps to plan for a Special Booth Design
Step 01:
Know your objective & goals with a budget.
Step 02:
Confirmed your space/location/booth size/type of booth before you start, to see if there is any limitation.
Step 03:
To display company logo/brand logo.
Step 04:
Do you have a theme/ concept/ colors that you want?
Step 05:
What is it you want to showcase, product/video/poster? Create a list. Any special requirement?
Step 06:
Start communicating with a professional exhibition booth contractor and get a proposal.
Step 07:
Fine tuned design & quotation until it is right for you.
Step 08:
Confirmed all details before organizer’s deadline, we suggest to confirmed 2 month before event. As design are supposed to be send to organizer for approval before you can start production, this might take time. If you missed the deadlines, there will be surcharge for late orders from organizers.
Step 09:
Start working with marketing materials such as poster, brochure, ads, freebies, vouchers, invitation, game & activities.
Step 10:
If the product for display is to be shipped from oversea, please make sure arrangement is made earlier to make sure things can arrive on time as sometimes freight might stuck at custom for clearance.
Step 11:
If you have oversized items that require special handling, please informed your contractor earlier as might required special arrangement such as fork lift or early move in with organizer.
Step 12:
Arrange for logistics to send product & promotional items to site.
Step 13:
Coordinate the timing for moving in with your contractor to make sure both parties have sufficient time for setting up.
Step 14:
Allocate some time for touch up/ changes in case things might go wrong, as sometimes there are hiccups.
Step 15:
Make sure you collect your exhibitors’ passes and be aware of hall opening & closing time for event days.
Step 16:
For dismantle, coordinate if your contractor if you need help to pack up and arrange for logistics to move out.
